ABOUT US

ATHANASIADIS & CO OE ΝΕΑ ΔΟΜΗ is a family-owned construction company founded in 1997 by Architect Anastasios Athanasiadis, who remains the company’s major shareholder.

The activity of Anastasios Athanasiadis began in 1982, when he first established an architecture office in the city center of Thessaloniki. At that time, he was considered a pioneer, with extensive activity in both the construction and commercial sectors.

With dozens of high-rise residential buildings in his portfolio—mainly in the well-known neighborhood of Kalamaria—he managed to deliver innovative architecture combined with high-quality construction results.

By the 2000s, the company had grown exponentially, with office premises, business shops, residential buildings, and complexes built in many key areas of the city.

Through land-for-apartment contracts, the company expanded its commercial strategy to the suburbs of Thessaloniki, in areas such as Plagiari and Panorama, where privately owned plots were transformed into uniquely designed houses.
